SIVACON 8PT low-voltage switchgear is a safe, reliable, and intelligent low-voltage distribution solution launched by Siemens.
Structural design: The skeleton is made of 2.5mm galvanized sheet or aluminum zinc coated sheet, with two types of structures: screw connection or welding. The opening angle of the cabinet door can reach 180 °, and when combined, it is greater than 140 °. It is equipped with an anti sagging device and a rotary handle spring lock. The top of the cabinet is equipped with a pressure relief device to ensure safety in case of internal arcing faults.
• Technical features: Equipped with various technologies such as circuit breaker technology (FCB), fixed installation technology (OFF), and pull-out design (OFW). Reactive power compensation cabinet (PFC) can reduce losses. It also supports users to freely design cabinets (CCS) and provides a variety of installation boards.
Electrical performance: The rated current of the 3rd and 4th level horizontal busbar systems can reach 7400A, and the rated peak withstand current can reach 375kA. The incoming line can be connected to the upper or lower line, and the outgoing cable can be connected to the front or back.
Intelligent features: Integrated with Siemens' Fully Integrated Energy Management (TIP), data collection and analysis can be achieved through the Mindsphere cloud platform. Equipped with intelligent components such as SIMOCODE intelligent motor management system, it supports remote operation, power quality monitoring and other functions.
• Safety certification: Passed internal combustion arc test and Level 8 earthquake test certification, in compliance with relevant standards such as IEC 60439-1, ensuring safe and reliable operation under various working conditions.
