Plastic conical twin screw extruder for PVC pipe sheet profile and granules
1. SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of efficient extrusion equipment.It is mainly composed by force feeder, soft
plasticization screw and barrel, high precision gearbox, exhaust system. It performs stability and can make the melt extrude well
at lower temperature.
2. Match our company manufactured moulds and auxiliary machinery, it can be directly to produce plastic products,such as plastic
pipes, sheets, profiles, pellets, etc.
3. The extruder installs vacuum exhausting and quantitative feeding device.The barral is equipped with cast aluminum heater which
is high thermal efficiency and also configured blower cooling machine to maintain the temperature.
