What are the parts of WPC profile extrusion line?
Faygo Union WPC Profile Extrusion Line / PVC Wall Panel Machine equipment consists of PVC screw feeder, 51 or 55 double cone extruder, gusset mold, vacuum setting platform, heat transfer machine, double crawler tractor, automatic cutting machine, and lifting platform.
1. Host: The host is a single-screw extruder or a conical twin-screw extruder. The corresponding host model is determined according to the size of the product. All models of the host use a special hard-faced high-thrust reducer for extruders, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Profile extrusion die is divided into two parts: extrusion die and shaping die.
3. Belt traction machine： Surface PU foamed multi-ribbed belt traction belt, the surface is wear-resistant, the effective length is 1 meter, and it can provide sufficient traction under small pressing force.
4. Cutting machine or material rack： The cutting machine adopts a saw blade for cutting, an alloy saw blade, a unique high-speed motor for the saw blade, a particular chuck for the band saw blade, stable high-speed rotation without stirring, low noise, and smooth incision. Automatic meter counting, intuitive reciprocating platform, accurate online cutting positioning, equipped with feeding rack.
What are the types of plastic sheets?
1. Rigid PVC building board
We have the good quality of our conical twin-screw extrusion production line. The general colors are gray and white, and the PVC rigid boards can also be colored according to the needs of customers, with bright colors and an elegant appearance. Its shape belongs to the heterosexual plate, and at the same time, it is also called wave laminate or side plate and is mainly used for ceiling and wall panels.
2. Polyethylene low-foaming calcium plastic board
Polystyrene foam is mainly composed of polystyrene resin, adding additives such as foaming agents, and is currently a commonly used buffer material. Closed cell structure, low water absorption, good water resistance, low density, generally 0.015 ~ 0.03; high mechanical strength, good buffer performance, good workability, easy to shape, good coloring, strong temperature adaptability, radiation resistance advantages, and high dimensional accuracy, uniform structure. It is shaped like a sandwich wall panel and is mainly used as an insulating layer for roofs and walls. Because it has the basic performance that the wall should have.
3. Polyurethane foam board
Polyurethane foam board and polyether or polyester and isocyanate are the main raw materials, adding flame retardants,
stabilizers, foaming agents, etc., through mixing and stirring to produce chemical reactions, the formed foam is a new type of low-temperature thermal insulation material. The pores are closed with high porosity and low water absorption. Polyurethane foam is widely used in sandwich panels, insulated trucks, refrigeration, grain depots, roof insulation, building insulation, and other purposes.

The working principle of PVC integrated wallboard equipment
1. A series of special wood-plastic sheet extrusion equipment, equipped with a DC motor drive with stable output and large torque, stable performance, energy saving, and high efficiency, and large extrusion output.
2. Vacuum sizing table, specially designed cooling system, which is convenient for product cooling and shaping.
3. Optional high-end programmable computer control, intelligent across the board.
4. The cooling of the screw core adopts the oil constant temperature system, which automatically controls the temperature so that the material reaches the best plasticizing state. The vacuum exhaust screw barrel is used to fully volatilize the water in the material and ensure the quality of the product.
The integrated wall completely makes the interior decoration say goodbye to the use of paint and other materials that are harmful to the human body, and makes the environmental protection concept of home decoration truly realize "low carbon and low emission".
