Faygo Union Plastic Pipe Plastic Extruder machine
1.This HDPE pipe line is mainly used for producing HDPE water supply pipe, gas supply pipe. It is composed by SJ series single screw extruder, mold, vacuum tanks, sprying cooling tank, haul-ogg, no-dust cutting machine, stacker.
2.It could also apply to high speed extrusion of PP PE PPR ABS material. The production line has advantage of compact structure, high automation and stable performance.

Single Screw Extruder Vacuum Tanks Haul-off No-Dust-Cutting-machine
1.High efficiency extruder with double mixer and barrier screw can increase the output.
2.Specially designed multi-stage vacuum tanks control the vacuum degree and ensure the stability and roundness of the pipe.
3.The production line has advantage of compact structure, high automation and stable performance.
4.The winding property of the pipe enables the water supply pipe to be coiled, and the long length supply avoids a large number of joints and fittings, which increases the economic value of the material for the pipeline.
