Product Description
SMART series of blowing machine fills the gaps in field of domestic high-speed linear blowing machine currently.It has our own intellectual property rights, and has obtained more than 13 national patents. This machine is equipped with automatic perform loading and bottle unloading system. It is applicable for all shapes of drinking water bottles,carbonated bottles and hot filling. FG4 is composed of three modules: preform elevator, preform unscrambler and host machine.

Step to stop blower
1.Off “preform enter” and “preform loading”
2.After there is no proform inside the machine, off “heating” and “blowing”
3.Turn off water chiller, let the machine run 5 minutes with outpreform, then off “start” and “servo”
4.Turn off air compressor, air dryer, turn offer air inlet valve, exhaust the air inside the machine
5.Turn off the power, clean the machine and working place.

Heater distance in the heating oven is minimized to 38.1mm, compared with the coventional heating oven, it saves more than 30% eletricity consumption.
Equipped with the air cycling system and redundantheat discharge system, it ensures the constant temperature in the heating zone.

What if you change mold like open&close a draw? With our special qiuck-mold-change-design, mold can find position itself.
The machine adopts modularized design concept to make it convenient and cost-saving for the maintance and changing changeovers. To change mold only need 30 minutes.
