Automatic Four Side Sealing Bag Vertical Granule Packaging Machine
FK300/FK600/FK900 Multi Lane 3 Side Sealing Sachet Granule Packing Machine.Suit for granule: sugar，powder，spice，desiccant，salt，washing powper，Drug particles，Infusion of particles.
Features
1. The outer sealing paper is controlled by stepping motor, the bag length is stable and the positioning is accurate;
2. Adopt PID temperature controller to control the temperature more accurately;
3. PLC is used to control the movement of the whole machine, man-machine interface display, easy to operate;
4. All accessible materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and reliability of products;
5. Some working cylinders adopt original imported parts to ensure the accuracy and stability of their work;
6. The additional device of this machine can complete the functions of flat cutting, date printing, easy tearing etc.
7. Ultrasonic and thermal sealing form can achieve linear incision, save the filling space inside the mounting ear, and reach 12g
packaging capacity;
8. Ultrasonic sealing is suitable for all non-woven packaging materials cutting, cutting success rate is close to 100%;
9. The equipment can be equipped with nitrogen filling device, date printing device and stirring device, etc.
